Picflow grabs and publishes images from TwitPic's and Yfrog's sent to Twitter.com by their users, under a continuous flow.

We also do run an algorithm that tries to identify the most relevant images, that are published under the "Top Images" tab, and Twitterlebrities tab - a Twitterlebrity is someone with more than 50.000 followers and less than 500 friends.

NONE of the images are hosted on our servers, and obeying the third party services TOS we do link them to where they are published on respective hosting site.
